Worst customer service at the Target Starbucks. I also went shopping while I waited, and it still took over 20 minutes for them to remake my drink after I asked for light ice because the original drink was completely filled with ice from top to bottom. When I finally got my remake, the cup was only about halfway filled with the actual drink, and the rest was cold foam. Terrible customer service, messed are drinks up. We also had to wait almost 30 mins for two drinks. Won't be going to this location anymore
Bring a helmet or get ready to duck, because this establishment allows employees the throw items at people when they're having a bad day. Go somewhere else for your coffee.
Went to Fairview Heights Target at 8:00am. We usually shop Belleville. Stopped at Starbucks as you do. There were maybe 5 people in the whole store. 3 in line at Starbucks. The woman working the counter didn't like how the 3 people in line were lined up and TOLD (not asked) us to line up around the other side. "Don't block the exit". 3 people in line is nowhere near the exit. She was just rude. At the beginning of her shift on a Saturday morning. The two people who hadn't ordered left including us. I went on Saturday morning at 7 am to spend a gift card. Drive thru was a Great experience.
