Friendly barista, but otherwise big disappointment. My drink had been filled to the brim with ice and so watered down. It was an online order from the drive through, didn’t notice until it was too late.
Nan is such a delight. Her customer service is always outstanding. Harris teeter you need more people like her!!!
Says they close at 8pm but the girl working tonight decided she wanted to go home early and closed the shop down at 7:30 not very professional.
Went a week ago there espresso machine went down the barista didn’t have anybody helping him he looked new .
If you'd like a quality Starbucks, do not go to this location. Food is made incorrectly. Constantly. Workers tell you that they're not allowed to do things as far as customizing drinks or food orders which is a load of bologna cuz every other Starbucks will do it and this Starbucks used to be pretty reputable. When they make your drinks. They're not filling them to the top and they're constantly either called out of work or the kiosk is closed for some reason. It's very unreliable
