Normally I would give this particular Starbucks a 5 star, always had excellent service up until today. My wife and I went in and got two drinks, for one drink we had cold foam and had requested a cold foam lid. The drinks were made and it did not have the cold foam lid. My wife asked one of the baristas about it and the girl making the refreshers next to the drive through butted in and said that they didn't carry those lids for the drink size anymore and haven't for a long time. Just stopped to grab some coffees on the way home from work. Drive-thru was not busy. I was able to get my order in quickly and the drinks didn't take that long, no complaints here.
