This Starbucks wasn’t busy at 12:18pm and yet I waited for 12min for a medium size cup of coffee. 2 people behind the counter. They gotta do better.
Ordered 2x shots of espresso and no milk foam. Got standard drink no extra shots and milk foam. Tried to use my QR code on the app to collect points and pay and the computer wasn’t working. Starbucks customer service gave me a run around having me call a completely different number. 0/10 experience today all around. First time I’ve ever had any issues and I buy coffee regularly.
