One of the people who wrote down the stickers for my order wrote it wrong and tried to blame me. I ordered a ICE VANILLA PROTEIN CREAM SHAKEN ESPRESSO AND I GOT A COLD FOAM SHAKE ESPRESSO, totally different drink not good for my taste .my order was on the app Online so there wasn’t supposed to be no mistake.
Inconsistent product & oftentimes the order is wrong after waiting an eternity for it.
If I can, I will start my day here. The food options they have now are amazing. Coffee? We all know how good it is.
Terrible! Always a line beside the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Drinks are awful! For such a high volume location they need to get better staffing in there!
