The way that some employees behave is unprofessional. What a shame
I’m really disappointed with how Starbucks handles gift cards that aren’t linked to a Starbucks account. My daughter received a gift card for $100 from her aunt for her birthday and was excited to use it throughout the summer. We used giftcard only once. When I went to use it again, the remaining balance had vanished. After contacting customer service, I was told they couldn’t help me because the card wasn’t registered to an account.
