Very poor service and disappointing experience We always come to this Starbucks with our family to enjoy a nice moment together. We always order the same drink, but this time it had no sugar at all and tasted completely bland. We kindly told the staff that it didn’t taste the same and that they had forgotten to add sugar. Place off the hook!! My friend was telling me what he want and Terance!! I think that was the name had the coffee ready for him before I went to pay cause he heard the order lol Excellent customer service!!! Hands down!! Place is super clean!!! But the music kinda to loud for u to have a conversation tho!!!
