It was ok, the only complaint I have is that the drive thru clerk seemed in a hurry. When I placed my order she said if that was all and I replied not sure so let me look at your menu because I was also hungry and wanted to order something else but she came on the intercom again and said "will that be all" again as if she was in a hurry. So, I just said that will be all. I paid for my iced coffee and left hungry. I also tipped her too. Not too great on her part.
Well, my friends, I don't carry my flag with me, it's a matter of intimacy and belonging, don't impose flags or politics on people. They came for good coffee, don't ruin that ritual for them.
Great service and fast too; I only ordered coffee.......not food.
I went through the drive thru to get a drink and food and when I went to pay the barista took my phone from me and kept it inside the building for several minutes. I had originally asked to use stars but after 3 minutes of keeping my phone she state I didn't have enough point to get my latte free and I explained that was fine. She then walked off again, while still having my phone to go get who I can only assume was her manager. He didn't seem to help her at all and walked away shaking his head at her. It seemed to be an inconvenience for Me to order a lavender Matcha a water and a cup. The woman rolled her eyes as if i was wasting her time. When I asked for a cup to purchase she said you can walk inside. I said I'm omw to work. She was super rude. She wasnt able to scan my starbucks code. Customer service was horrible!
