I am writing to report a deeply concerning experience I had at your Starbucks location. An employee repeatedly used an incorrect pronoun and made unwelcome physical contact by touching my hand without my consent. ​I had previously attempted to address this behavior with the store manager, but the issue has not been resolved. I was behind a lady and her daughter who were waiting for a refund to a mistake the barista made on charging her app. I was the only customer waiting and said it would be find. She rudely shouted at them to move out of the way. I was embarrassed for the lady. She then asked what I wanted and I told her "not a damned thing if she was going to talk to that lady in that manner!" Watch out for the girl with the dimple piercings!

I used to go to this Starbucks often, until one time I did a mobile order, waited in the store for 30 minutes, then I walked out. I did not care about a refund. And just today in the drivethru while waiting for our order there is one person visible in the back, her back turned toward me and my partner, having some sort of conversation either on the phone or to someone not visible.
