I used to go to this Starbucks often, until one time I did a mobile order, waited in the store for 30 minutes, then I walked out. I did not care about a refund. And just today in the drivethru while waiting for our order there is one person visible in the back, her back turned toward me and my partner, having some sort of conversation either on the phone or to someone not visible. This place should just tell you upfront what there is available to order. It would save a lot of time since they don't have most of what's on the menu. Also, if someone orders something and tries to order another item but you don't have it, don't cancel their entire order unless that is specifically said. Also, if you do take the liberty of making assumptions about an order, ask yourself just where exactly would that customer leave the drive thru line? They don't just vanish, you know.
