Leaving a mutual review hoping for more training. This is my local starbucks and I order often from here but drinks at this location are often made wrong to the order or made wrong just in general tasting very watery leaving me grouchy for the rest of the day! Lol On a separate note, staff have always been very friendly here!
They won’t give you the right order if you don’t tip. How childish! Thanks for jippin my kids of their whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on their cocoas!
Used to be fast and friendly now new staff takes 30 minutes a coffee i have 7 other locations near me and this 1 wont see us again need to redo staff as this staff doesn't work all customers wait every time
