Customer service is terrible
Everyone just stares at you while you wait management needs to talk with staff to ensure they help the customers the whole point of business is to make money but if customers stand there not being helped then it’s time to get some more experienced people to help out
A child needed water to take her meds and they wouldn’t give water unless you order something… can’t believe this!! Just ridiculous
A Starbucks inside a mall. It was very busy on the weekend. The baristas were fast and efficient.
