We asked for our drinks to be shakened and they were not. My advice would be to go across the street to Bitty & Beau’s Coffee.
I asked for a matcha latte, easy on the ice. They packed my cup FULL of ice, and never even blended the matcha. It’s all chunky and gross.
I had the pumpkin spice Chai latte at another location and I was in heaven. I wanted another one and came to this location. Was night and day, this was terrible! Asked for light ice, ice filled to the bottom asked if I could have light ice that I previously asked for before paying. Got the nastiest look from the employee, threw the drink together, not mixed syrup stuck to the bottom. Tastes horrible. And snatched the previous drink from the counter. I feel like I completely wasted 7 bucks! 😣
