Buen café excelente servicio
This is not a reflection of the company itself but this is the only place I can voice my opinion. I do not have a car, but I was given a $50 Starbucks in July due for my birthday. I’m a coffee lover, but honestly haven’t shopped much at Starbucks until recently since I work right next to it. ANYWAYS, it’s the DUMBEST thing EVER that you can’t use gift cards for delivery orders. I’ve had this dang gift card for months and literally can’t do anything with it because I don’t have a car. You order in the app and get there and wait 20 mins for your drink NOTHING. You ask them they walk away and go in computer and just start making it. Like the point of ordering AHEAD is so you don’t have to wait 29 mins right. Then they always just make a drink they don’t care if it says NO WHIP they will put it, says DOIBLE blended and you watch them look at the tag and still IGNORE it. This is a constant thing here.
