Bailey served my drink today and did an amazing job. She smiled at me and told me to have a nice day😊
One employee is so consistently rude that I actively avoid this location when she is working because the experience is so unpleasant. She refuses to make certain menu items due to “not knowing how to make it” or because she can’t find it in the system even though other staff have zero problem making it. Have had problems with other staff making drinks incorrectly. This is very poorly managed location, one staff member told me they don’t get full Starbucks benefits because they are run by Superstore. This location has the worst customer service for a Starbucks location, some of the staff are completely rude and completely lack the knowledge of their products and how to create the drinks on the menu. Was in this location earlier for some cold drinks and they were both made incompletely also cupped wrong as well. I'll be going to other locations for the distant future.
