The service is ok, but I had a very bad experience with my gift card: I went with a brand new 50$ gift card, I spent about 10$ and only few days later I went again and I was told that there were only 5$ in it..... How is that possible?? Both times there was the same employee, Bayley, at the desk. Something makes me think that Starbucks employees are able to use customers gift cards, otherwise there are no explanations. That was my absolute last time there!!!

One employee is so consistently rude that I actively avoid this location when she is working because the experience is so unpleasant. She refuses to make certain menu items due to “not knowing how to make it” or because she can’t find it in the system even though other staff have zero problem making it. Have had problems with other staff making drinks incorrectly. This is very poorly managed location, one staff member told me they don’t get full Starbucks benefits because they are run by Superstore. This location has the worst customer service for a Starbucks location, some of the staff are completely rude and completely lack the knowledge of their products and how to create the drinks on the menu. Was in this location earlier for some cold drinks and they were both made incompletely also cupped wrong as well. I'll be going to other locations for the distant future.
