Ordered a traveler, paid for it, got the notification it was ready but when I tried to pick it up the incredibly rude barista said “they don’t have those.”
This Starbucks location is terrible. I will sometimes order via the app as I’m leaving the gym. Upon arrival at Starbucks, I found that no one is working at this location. It’s early, typically around 630am, so no one is really around to speak with about this matter. This has happened 3 times at least. Y’all are great with taking people’s money, yet the professionalism and customer service is lacking.
They always forget to prep my order
I like Starbucks. I’m not a steady customer since it’s a little bit pricey for me. Whenever I go Starbucks is like a special treat for me and my family. But today’s visit was sad. Upon arrival there were drinks on the corner of the counter but the label was facing the other way so I couldn’t see if it was my order or not.
