Good customer service! Always polite and helpful.
Ordered a traveler, paid for it, got the notification it was ready but when I tried to pick it up the incredibly rude barista said “they don’t have those.”
This Starbucks location is terrible. I will sometimes order via the app as I’m leaving the gym. Upon arrival at Starbucks, I found that no one is working at this location. It’s early, typically around 630am, so no one is really around to speak with about this matter. This has happened 3 times at least. Y’all are great with taking people’s money, yet the professionalism and customer service is lacking.
