I have been going to this location for a few years daily . Sometimes twice a day. The staff there is absolutely great except for Nayeli. She is very rude and has no customer service experience by her horrible attitude towards customers. I am probably going to start doing business elsewhere and no longer at this location due to her rude remarks.
Every time I come here the staff is so nice they know by name and never mess up my order my matcha is made to perfection every time
This location consistently delivers exceptional service—every visit, every time. Today the location was jumping (very busy). But I want to recognize Iryana. Her positive attitude, genuine smile, and attention to detail stood out immediately. She handled my order with care and brought great energy to everyone around her. The whole team was solid, but Iryana truly set the tone. Outstanding service!
