Whoever trained the women who were working Saturday November 29th 2025 at 12:30 pm, did a horrible job. They didn't understand what buttons to push for 'light' anything and claimed she couldn't do it on her end. Okay fair, maybe the machine is broken? Then proceeds to say she'll let them know. When we got to the window, the drink was completely wrong. She proceeded to play dumb, then they dumped out half my drink to add more ice and almond milk.
