I go here frequently and enjoy the food and drinks served to me. I have never had a mess up in my order. They are efficent and fast.

My order was messed up and the short brown headed lady with cuts on her arm acted like it personally hurt her to remake my order. THEN after waiting over 10 minutes for my remake (which I had to hover to even get them to remember to make it) the big German looking lady (see picture) acted super rude and when asking me about it and gave me the eye squinching sarcastic face when handing it to me "here you go". I would never go back to this location again.
I don't have to explain the complexities of how important it is when you take time out of your busy morning to grab yourself a treat. SOMETHING you hope and pray will get you through the day... and no it's not as simple as "can you please remake this?" Not when there's a LINE wrapped around the building. Not with today's anxiety 🙃. Visited around 8:30pm this Tuesday when the store closes at 9pm to use my birthday reward. The staff did not seem welcoming at all, and the service felt very unfriendly. I understand it was close to closing time, but the experience was disappointing.
