I’ve been to this location a few times now and the drinks have not been great. I normally get a flat white and it has been off numerous times. I wanted to give them a chance with something different and tried the lavender oat latte and it tastes like milk. As in, did they forget to add the espresso. Also, during a drive thru visit there was a barista that tipped her herself because my bill was much higher than what was stated at the ordering window.

How do you not put caramel in a caramel macchiato this happens wayyy to often this location neverrr makes my drink right 🤦🏾♀️
I really like this place, the only cons about it are the lines being really long with few people working, and most of the employees seem to ignore requests for light ice, which is frustrating because I like iced drinks but want to get my moneys worth. They fill the entire cup up with ice for iced drinks, and you barely get any coffee. Sometimes they listen, just depends on the barista.
Honestly my favorite Starbucks in Irving! Customer Service is always great (Pam is super sweet) and the drinks are almost always right! One time it was made incorrect but they fixed it right away. I always prefer going to this location vs the other ones that are closer to my home! So that tells you something! Thank you for the great service and taste!
