I can’t even get out of the drive thru line when it’s taking more than 20 minutes for a drink. Waiting 37 minutes in a coffee drive thru is not okay…
Zero stars. This place has been open for how long and the drinks still taste like trash and every single time the wait is ridiculous. There is no system between the app, drive thru, and in store orders. And somehow they’re still always too busy to even respond to someone.
Did an online order and got in line. I had to wait a hour to get through the line and get my drink. The drive through is awful because once you’re in it you can’t leave.
This almost took an hour, this should be taken down
