I’ve had so many experiences here where they put whipped cream on top instead of the sweet cream cold foam that I pay extra for. Cutting corners and being lazy because you don’t want to spin the cold foam! I don’t have this problem at other locations, just this one. For the cost of the drink, I just want what I paid for! I’m the idiot for continuing to think they will do their job and I go back. Not anymore!
