I used to be a regular here, and now every time I go they always mess up my drink without fail. This time I got my hot tea and it was cold! It's usually easier to get into the drive-thru here as it goes pretty quick, but now I'm starting to understand why. Now I have to go to the other two Starbucks that are near me, but not as convenient as this location and wait in a longer line, but at least I know my drink will come out perfect every time. Don’t get me wrong I always come an never had and issue , today I order my original drink of coffee and I got over charged and I even asked the person why is it so “expensive “ he’s like while I have down what you ordered. Now mind you I get a venti white chocolate mocha and it’s about 7 and today I paid 11 . Do better Starbucks drive-through people !
I went in the afternoon. It wasn't very crowded and was a nice atmosphere for reading. The staff was friendly and greeted everyone that came in. We're missing a star only because the tables didn't appear to be wiped down. (Edit 2024) Gosh, I was harsh then. Cafe has been renovated and updated. Staff is still friendly, professional, and welcoming. The cafe is usually clean when I visit. Easy access for wheelchairs. Wouldn't recommend the parking lot for larger vehicles.
