I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks inside Fort Lauderdale FL Airport terminal 2 today is 7/17/26 at around 6:20 PM. My kids and I were traveling, and we first got coffee and a treat. Later, at around 6:20 p.m., I returned with my son to get him a Frappuccino. A new trainee was being guided by a workers there , but trainee guy kept asking this girl coworker questions, and she got visibly frustrated. The staff went above and beyond for me! I was called to my gate waiting for my food order so I opted to leave my food behind to not miss my flight. One of the staff members ran after me with food in hand seconds before walking down the runway. A moment I'll never forget
We waited 30 minutes in line without placing our order because the staff was dealing with app orders and told us to place the order on our app
The worker named Z, such a terrible employee. They seemed to add caramel syrup to my large drink by mistake and when I asked them to remake it, employee Z decline my request and she can only give me a small drink because I drank the coffee a little bit, such a terrible customer service, such a terrible attitude to a customer, will never come back!
Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I go to Starbucks every day the ladies that work there are extremely rude. The barista made me a drink.a drink that I get almost on a daily basis and I asked her after tasting it if this was the right drink, she lifted her shoulders and just walked away just like she didn’t care.
