I came to order a hot grande soy matcha latte at 11:40 Am but not come back again because I don’t want to spend my money for a terrible service. First: Cashier no welcome, no hello, no thank you. Second: I got my drink after some other customers who were in line behind me. So why do we need to get in line ? Third: they handed out my hot drink without a papper slip. Always out of at least half the stuff of the menu and takes forever for them to make drinks, and when they do they’ll usually mess it up. Going to the one by target from now on.
