I bought some tea earlier and then went to get some ice to add to my tea and Hanna stated that I had to buy something to get some ice smh Hanna .

Poor service I ordered Cortado in large cup with More shots cashier charged me almost $10 but still gave me less cortado,
The two individuals working there today were incompetent. Couldn’t not differentiate cold from hot for coffee temperatures. In addition, the cashier helped another customs while leting my coffee sit there and get cold. Unbelievable
