There is a young woman with pink hair who treats customers very poorly. When you try to speak to her to place an order, she does not respond and is instead busy playing on her mobile phone. Her behavior is truly terrible; I strongly request that she be retrained on how to interact with customers.
I had a bulk order for my office and the staff was SO friendly and helpful. They helped bag all of the drinks and even gave sticker lids so nothing would spill. Such great and speedy service!!
I bought some tea earlier and then went to get some ice to add to my tea and Hanna stated that I had to buy something to get some ice smh Hanna .
