I’m writing to share a concern about an interaction I had with a manager named Shannon during my recent visit. Shannon was very rude and spoke to me in a way that I don’t believe is appropriate for any manager, especially when speaking to a customer. No eggnog day after Christmas. Gave grande instead of venti. Refused to add cold foam to iced coffee for a $10 tip. Made me go back to cashier to pay $1.25. And was rude about it
