Waited so long to order and I was the only one there with two people working that I just left. For best service go to the main store.

I can see why this place gets 3.9 stars.I would give it a half of a star if I could. Staff is very rude and doesn't pay attention to instructions. Never again

It is a Starbucks, but seems to be a very poorly run location. Showed up about 15-20 minutes before they were supposed to close specifically to get a drink while traveling. No staff anywhere to be seen, waited around until a few minutes after the hour ... Finally several staff members came out from hiding in the storage closet?!? A staff member made some comment, vaguely asking if we wanted something. Said we had stopped for drinks ... We were accused of showing up after they closed and it was too late. 3/29/2024 7:48pm. Rude as can be barrista with no consideration or explanation. I knew they were closing at 8pm, asked if I could get a cup of simple coffee and all she said was she was not going to brew anymore coffee. No apologies, no understanding, no explanation just a rude inconsiderate reply. If she worked for me she would no longer have a job if she treated my clients anything resembling that. Wierd...
