I came to enjoy PSL at 2:01pm. I ordered a grande pink drink, grande PSL, and apple crossiant for in store. After enjoying our drinks and pastry, I went to get a free refill of iced tea for my purchased drinks. One of the employees told me I was not able to qualify for any refill unless I, originally, purchased a tea or coffee. Service not professional at all. Specially drive through all they now to say everything else every time you request an item, you will not get a thank or have a nice day. Please do proper training and make sure is done. Employee yes is only a job but is a great start for any career if you put the effort now
