they got my order wrong 6 or 7 times then told me that i smelled bad
little skinny dude refused to serve me because of my service dog. i understand if i had to come behind the counter or something with my dog but he wouldn't even allow me to order simply bc of my service pup. absolutely disgusting behavior.
Every employee I’ve encountered has a bad attitude. My drink order is wrong regularly. Anytime I say thank you, I don’t get any kind of acknowledgment from staff. Super rude and unprofessional.
Made the wrong drink told they would remake but when I got to go back refused to make it they never told me I can to come back by the next day because I do not live in that area. If you want a really good Starbucks to go to and also shop go to Red Bank Food City the Starbucks there is wonderful
They offered to serve using glassware! I hadn't been offered this at other Starbucks!
