On top of them getting my order wrong, I received bad service. On three different visits, I have had the same experience; I can’t ignore the pattern anymore. Each time I walk in, I’m met with silence. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Meanwhile, customers entering right after me are warmly welcomed (often those with a different demographic than mine).
