Staff here are a bit rude with a condescending tone to say the least. They also only fill your cup up halfway so technically rob you of what you paid for. Keep driving a little down and go to Archer and Cicero ave location instead, you will be glad you did. As you can see by the pic, cup is missing a lot of the content and I hadn’t even had one single sip!
This starbucks is the closet to my home & their service is always slow. I've lived here for 3 yrs & have always had the same issue. Mobile orders are expected to be made BEFORE the customer arrives not when I get to the window. That completely defeats the purpose of placing a move order. I get if you guys are busy but no matter if the lot is empty or not my order is never ready. Not only that I order in enough time to give at least a extra 5 mins and still wait 10 mins when I arrive.
