Best Starbucks in town. Everyone is friendly, drinks are always made very well. Drinks are constantly great, unlike the one on Esplanade (disgusting).

Worst Starbucks in Chico. My wife did an online order and arrived to find the store closed. Her, along with about 5 other people waiting outside looking into a dark empty store. Normally you just have to wait forever here since they move so slowly but accepting online orders when the store isn't even open is next level incompetent. No excuses.
