The people here at this starbucks mess up your drink and then get mad at you that its wrong. Today I went in there and had ordered marshmallow cold foam with my drink and when I go pick it up its brown because the lady put chocolate in it when I let her know that it was incorrect she got upset at me and busted out a chocolate sauce and told me it was marshmallow, if Im paying 9 dollars for a drink I want it to be correct
There is always something going on at the location inside kroger, I placed a mobile order on 6/21/26, order was received and accepted, when I arrived for pickup my order was not made, when I asked for it their blender was broken so they could not make my order, or give me a refund, of $26.30 I was told to call customer service, they stole my money no order was ever given to me, and when I called customer I was told it would take 3-5 business days, save your money and time, and avoid this places starbucks is a thief as if the... read more
