There should be a no soliciting sign on the front of the store. I went in today and had someone beg me to get them a drink which I did and they tried to keep my change. I talked to someone and they told me they are repeat offender of asking for money and trying to steal tips. There needs to be a stronger backbone manager to escalate this and ban this person. Because when I walked out the store they kept hackling for my money. And the staff knows it’s an issue.
This morning for the first time I went in Starbucks I work nearby atleast 10 people working maybe less everybody looked at me when I opened the door nobody said a word I thought nothing about it until a white lady came in after me and they said welcome in and then continued to other white patrons look at the end of the day Tim was white he took my order was very professional and even gave me suggestions for a sandwich. I go too the Roxoboro rd location every morning. They call me by my name I love the customer service they provide
This guy is awesome I came through the drive thru on 8/12 morning.
