The older lady at the drive through ALWAYS gets orders wrong and isn’t familiar with the full menu especially crème Frappuccinos. Not coming here again.

Came in today to place a large order, said it from the very beginning so they could be aware that it could take a while, but the person who took my order had no patience whatsoever. He kept trying to rush us, and when we were trying to pay, I told him that I wanted to scan my app to earn points and since the WiFi was slow it was taking a few minutes to load, but he didn’t even give one minute he kept repeating our total and I had to pay right away without scanning the app since he was in a rush.
