I had a truly disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Curry Ford Starbucks location in Orlando. I was standing at the register for about four full minutes, clearly waiting to place my order. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you” — nothing. Okay, it’s been consistent enough that I have to say this location cannot make a cold brew taste any good. It consistently looks unappealing and the flavor is just bad. Go to another location, they don’t care how it’s made here, just rush it and it absolutely a waste of money. Also, going inside, expect to wait 10 mins longer than drive thru.
UPDATE: My wife who had a bad experience had a chance to sit down with the DM, Brian T. and am glad we did. His commitment and professionalism was on display which is a testament of his dedication to his community. He took a mishap and turned it into a learning platform to share with his team. He was a firm handshake, looked you in the eye type of leader you can appreciate. My wife left feeling good about the conversation and I was grateful Brian took the initiative to meet with us.
