I had a bad exprience today afternoon. I ordered 2 cups of tropical butterfly lemonade refresher here at about 1:00pm but the lady staff made them not right. I suggested her to make them again but her attitude was very very terrible and brutal. I feel very disappointed for the Starbuck's staff training or I wonder this is its policy. I think I should change the favourite brandname although Starbucks used to be my number 1 choice.

Lucilin Is always so rude to customers and employees(Target and Starbucks). I’ve always had great experiences with the other Starbucks workers, but anytime she works she gives such attitude and the workers look so unhappy. Hopefully management can look into this because I think she is a manager of some sort.

I waited about fifteen minutes for a hot coffee drink and I was the only customer. Employees showed no effort or efficiency:(

While I love the people that work here, and the coffee is always great, multiple times I have had to wait 30+ minutes at least for coffee! I think management should definitely keep two people behind the counter at all times, especially during the busy holiday season when everyone wants coffee!
