I had a very upsetting experience at the Starbucks location in Old Town involving a manager named Taylor. I was singled out and questioned about my dog while no other customers were approached or treated the same way. Taylor stated that my dog could not be in the store unless it was a service animal — however, my dog is in fact a legitimate service animal. Every Starbucks I have been to there are outlets to charge you phone while you eat/ drink. There are no outlets and very little seating. The vibe is drink your drink and leave. Not what I expect from Starbucks
Staff were very kind and accommodating to me when i had to work most of the day here due to a power outage. Seem like very kind people.
