I went to this place and due to the floor conditions I slipped and my drinks spilled. I go up to the desk and ask for a refund which was not due to my fault and instead of receiving all my drinks I only received one. Bad service would not come again.
Very dissapointed with the service here. It was late in the day, around 5:30 Sunday 6/22 and I went in to buy a bottle of water (already had a refresher when we were shopping at Easton). They were out of bottled water. Then I asked if I could have a grande ice water. The barrista said I had to buy something to get an ice water. These guys make amazing coffee and they were all super nice! The cold foam was puurrrrrfect!
So, I am sitting in the lobby typing this. I ordered the wrong drink, and my daughter spilled her refresher within 5 minutes. This is important because the staff's customer service and kindness at this SB's location are at the next level! In today's world, this isn't normal. Way to go! 5 stars!
