very rude unfortunately. didn’t say a word to me, and just let my drink sit on the counter without calling my drink out . laughed at the drink i got and was calling it “the tik tok drink”

It’s absolutely absurd for someone to assume one wants an Iced Coffee when they order a Blonde Vanilla Latte. I wanted 5 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of Liquid cane sugar. It took forever to get my drink then when I get it it’s an Iced Coffee. First mistake never assume someone is ordering a coffee iced. If someone wants it iced they will order it that way.
