Incredibly slow and disorganized staff. Took 10 minutes to get a brewed coffee (which is already made, they just have to pour it). When I finally told staff about it they looked at me annoyingly and said nothing when they handed it over.
Not sure where to begin. Coffee is burned beyond belief, like they thought the beans were real zombies and they had to burn them to actually kill them. The one latte that was ordered didn't have any coffee at all, just milk. This location has a problem. Most of the staff doesn't seem to speak or fully understand English.
I bought a matcha, waited for like 20 minutes, then I asked what was going on. Come to see that they gave me chai instead of my matcha, and didn't even make that one properly either. I said that I wanted the pumps of syrup halved. They were not halved. Incredibly frustrated, but at least they remade my drink.
Drink was perfect and made quickly! Tammy was very friendly! Store was clean!
