Was told was ordering on the wrong side (inside) When move 6 feet to the left at the “right side” to order, was ignored by the same person who told me so. 5 baristas looking awkwardly elsewhere avoiding my order. Was finally attended, not even my name was asked. Poor customer service; not recommended and not coming back.
I just want to give a shout out to Vanessa! It always brings a smile to my face when I see her at the window, and I know that it’s going to be a great day after that! Also, this is the most consistent and best Starbucks store I’ve ever been to and has become my default if I ever get Starbucks. Everybody who I’ve encountered here has helped me get my day started off right. Thank you!
Happy to have a Starbucks on my route to work. I'm thinking that inside is better than going through drive thru even though they do prioritize drive thru over internal customers. Typically I get what I want, sometimes with a wait, sometimes immediately. Today I went through the drive thru because no line. I ordered a tomato mozzarella panini for lunch.. the sandwich was soggy, falling apart and no mozzarella to be found. It had maybe 1 tomato and a small drop of pesto on it. I keep wanting to like Starbucks food but I am disappointed every time. I would not eat this if it were given to me for free.
