I hate being the one to complain but this location super sucks. I was a partner for 14 years so I know what to expect especially when ordering a drink. The baristas are never friendly, happy or very quick. I just moved in next door so I've been here out of convenience several times and have to come back in every time after an already extremely long wait to have things remade. It's just annoying. This was my last time.
it seems that you guys only care about the people that come to your store and do pick ups through your drive-through or go inside the building I DOORDASHED my drink ITS DOWN THE ROAD why does it look like i got a small and not A. LARGE?
Was told was ordering on the wrong side (inside) When move 6 feet to the left at the “right side” to order, was ignored by the same person who told me so. 5 baristas looking awkwardly elsewhere avoiding my order. Was finally attended, not even my name was asked. Poor customer service; not recommended and not coming back.
I just want to give a shout out to Vanessa! It always brings a smile to my face when I see her at the window, and I know that it’s going to be a great day after that! Also, this is the most consistent and best Starbucks store I’ve ever been to and has become my default if I ever get Starbucks. Everybody who I’ve encountered here has helped me get my day started off right. Thank you!
Happy to have a Starbucks on my route to work. I'm thinking that inside is better than going through drive thru even though they do prioritize drive thru over internal customers. Typically I get what I want, sometimes with a wait, sometimes immediately. Today I went through the drive thru because no line. They typically make my preferred coffee fresh with the machine by simply switching beans but today it was unavailable, but I checked online and I could order exactly what I wanted (aka the unavailable item).
