I normally go to the Bonnyview location, but decided to go to this one today since it's closer to my client's home. Did a mobile order, but no one was there during business hours and I couldn't get refunded from the app. Called the bonnyview location and they were kind enough to fulfil the order so i didn't have to go through the tedious process of trying to get a refund. Ayanna is a horrible representative for this company. The service was slow and full of attitude. She comes to work that desheveled and never apologized for taking more than 10 minutes for a single drink. Horrible experience
Overall experience was fine. Not the friendliest staff but they weren't rude either. More interested in talking to eachother than me, however it was slow so likely enjoying catching their breath? Nothing to make me not go back but Nothing to make me return either.
