They got my order wrong. I ordered grande Americano, and when I tasted it it was very watered down. I simply asked for them to add a shot of espresso because they seemed to have missed one and in return I was given horrible customer service and lip service from another customer who thought it would be in her best interest to get involved in my business. Horrible experience. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
They got rid of my drink it was the whip cream double chocolate frappe

Worst experience by far with a Starbucks. No greeting/no smile/ just very rude! The short heavy set white girl was not friendly at all. She had the audacity to make the customers drink that was served after me before mines. She lied and said the "shots" was slow, when it fact she did not start it right away (I caught that🤦♀️). Very friendly to the other customer though very warm and friendly with her. Don't want to pull the race card but that's what's it's giving🤷♀️won't be dining here anymore and I do not recommend this... read more
