Order a Carmel frappe with no whipped cream, was given a regular Carmel frappe. When asked to remake the frappe the way I order it the lady got irritated. Very bad experience I’ll will probably not return to this location anymore.
They got my order wrong. I ordered grande Americano, and when I tasted it it was very watered down. I simply asked for them to add a shot of espresso because they seemed to have missed one and in return I was given horrible customer service and lip service from another customer who thought it would be in her best interest to get involved in my business. Horrible experience. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
They got rid of my drink it was the whip cream double chocolate frappe
