I had a wonderful experience. Dawntaya was very kind and personable. I expressed to her that I wanted a sweet drink but not sure what to order. She suggested a Matcha. I told her I’m not a fan of Starbucks Matcha. Dawntaya told me I just had to try hers. Needless to say I ordered the matcha and it was so delicious & sweet. She added all the qualities I was looking for in a summer drink. 10/10 best Starbucks Matcha I’ve had. She was so kind! Great customer service!
The lady that greeted me was very polite and kind and efficient at making the drinks. She had a very sweet attitude and had me. And then out of the building quickly!!
Worst customer service I’ve seen by far. Both employees were too busy talking to each other to take our orders, when we were waiting on them to finish talking so we could order one of the employees rudely told us to step up to the register, and rushed us while ordering. Over all just seemed annoyed that we were there.
Looking for your favorite drink? Forget about it, this location is frequently out of syrups or milks they need. One of the worst Starbucks ive been to in Columbus
