Closed doors before closing which is illegal and then refused to let us in.
Staff are almost always love, but needing to wait over 10 mins for the one employee to make 2 small iced Chai lattes is a bit much
I have a long workday ahead of me so I decided to treat myself to a Venti coffee and this, coupled with a lovely barista in the window, made it 1000% better!! thank you <3
