I love this Starbucks - straight neighborhood feel. Usually good service and great vibe.
This is a thoroughly mismanaged location. Ineptitude at every turn. The staff drone their greeting and then leave you waiting unacknowledged at the register. After waiting at the register (for 5-10min) you then wait 20-40min for your food/beverages. I’ve never seen such glacial movement in service, especially when the store isn’t even busy. A clean sweep of staff and management is needed. Please start over. Do better Starbucks.
Normally have a great experience here. However, today was just the worst day to come; we ordered our items at 10:26am and then the line kept getting long on the board. We didn’t get our items almost 25 mins later. Food was already cold. The bar was chaotic, there was no delegation, and the ice bar barista was moving quicker than the hot bar barista. Ultimately, there’s no sense of urgency and delegation from that location.
