So apparently they love fat shaming at this Starbucks. Ordered a venti and got a grande. When I corrected them they grabbed the drink and under their breath mumbled do you even need a venti?
Yesterday I decided to treat myself to a coffee before I went into work. Upon arriving I waited at the counter while the woman working stood there on her phone completely ignoring me for about a good two minutes. Finally she acknowledged me and took my order, very rudely might I add. It took her almost 15 minutes to make my drink and I ended up being late for work due to her laziness and unprofessional attitude.
The staff here was really friendly, helpful, accommodating and the Is latte was perfect!😁
Very hit or miss. Shaken espresso should not have to be stirred by the customer. The shaken is right there in the name.
I got exactly what I asked for along with friendly service with some humor!! Good way to start my day
