Any time I wait patiently until the barista is finished working on their current drink to ask the for a cardboard sleeve for my iced drink, I receive it with an attitude. I’d get it myself, but they’ve taken the sleeves away and keep the behind the counter now. So what gives? It’s not like I interrupt them to make the stop what they’re doing to fetch one. Nicole and I love this Starbucks, we come here every morning and service is outstanding and the drinks are the best of the best!!! Thanks guys for everything you do!!!! Very hard workers!
The workers at this place are outstanding! Some of the fastest service I've ever received at a starbucks. Only a wait occasionally during the morning rush, and even then the workers are so polite in getting your order. Yesterday I forgot I had a meeting first thing and they got my order out in less than 30 seconds when I asked. Always look forward to my morning coffee here 😁
My only issue with this location is the inconsistency in the drink making. I'm not sure why "light foam" throws so many people off. I either get 2 inches of foam, or my cup is not full, shorted by 2 inches. And I really get tired of requesting to have it made correctly.
