Unfortunately, customer service was severely lacking. We ordered a shaken espresso and a citrus tea. (We were the only customers) The young man decided to refill the tea station with the bags while the other young lady just waited and didn’t make my drink. After 10 min I asked them to please make my drink and restock the tea after I left. They were annoyed with me, but never said what the delay was until I asked. Let’s hope someone gives them a 101 on what I the term customer service means.
i ordered online and they were out of almost every breakfast and lunch item. i get there and they are out of the food item i wanted. how as a manager do you let that happen if you don’t have the items just mark it off. i ended up having to get something way cheaper than what i originally ordered so they ripped me off for $2.
Slow service because there is only one worker, on top of that they charge us $5 more because they have a mistake…
