Don’t order here. Did a mobile order. It said it was ready. Arrived and no one was manning the Starbucks counter. No Kroger employee was able to assist either and was unable to cancel order.
Super slow put order in 20 minimum ago and still not ready. Customer service was not good either would not recommend getting coffee from Here if you are in a rush
I just went into the Starbucks to order my daughter & I a couple drinks. The woman In There was so rude. When I tried to show her what I wanted bc I’m unsure how to order certain drinks. In the most rude way she said “just read it to me!” I went to pay using my app as I always do and she said she can’t scan it. How else do I get my points. It smelled like spoiled milk too. Not sure if it as a Kroger thing but it was strong standing at Starbucks counter. People y’all gotta stop treating ppl shitty! So we left.
When we were there. To get breakfast we ordered 6 drinks. She was being rude and telling us she was going to turn us away next time for ordering too much drinks. She was a red head with glasses. And last time I went there she got my drink hot. And told me I was wrong. Do Not Recommend
