I like Starbucks for it’s convenience and consistency. However, this particular location I’m often disappointed with. I ordered a hot venti latte this morning and I thought it felt a little light when it was handed to me through the drive-thru window. When I got to work and was able to check, it was over an inch short. I should have ordered the grande and saved a couple cents because that was what I got anyway. Very disappointed to pay full price (for an already over priced beverage) to only receive a partially filled cup.
I spoke to the manager today about a bad experience I had with Starbucks help phone call. He was so nice and helpful. Thank you for your help! The problem has been resolved
