Hands-down my favorite Starbucks location. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and patient no matter how busy they get. Really well-managed and efficient location. Great, prompt service.
I visited the Starbucks at Polaris Mall hoping to try a new drink I thought I would enjoy — unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me. It wasn’t bad, just not my taste, so I ended up tossing it and came back to ask for some water. I happened to mention the situation to one of the baristas, Megan, and she was incredibly kind. Not only did she give me water, but she also kindly offered to make me a replacement drink. Her excellent customer service and kindness truly made my day. Thank you, Megan!
Great, very hardworking staff in super-busy location. Friendly, efficient service despite long lines. They kept the line moving well.
