I visited the store on Saturday, May 30th around 10:45AM. I have a Starbucks directly next to my house and I choose to come to this location because of the service I typically get, but today was the exception. I was being served by Hannah at the cash register when the manager came up, a tall gentleman, and said to her rudely “I’ll finish here, go to the back”. Great friendly staff, service is 10/10
I stopped by around 1 pm in a Saturday, 3/28, bot busy only one person ahead of me, Abby took my order she was rude from the beginning, pushy about using my rewards, I had to repeat 3 times "no I would not like to use my rewards"...zero customer service, she and other girl there Abby, said "can you mover out the way for the other people" I had 4 drinks, and instead of helping the other girl there make my drinks she proceeded to make other peoples drinks that came after me, she tried to handed me a random drinks which I told ... read more
Excellent and super friendly service at the drive through window at about 8 am. Ordered pumpkin spacel atte and black drip. Both were fulllll of rich flavor.
