So I went to pick up a third party order from Starbucks. The Barista paid more attention to his phone then he did me and I waited for such a long time and no one ever said can I help you finally I had to say to one lady please I'm here to pick up an order and I had to flag her down because although they looked me straight into my face they never acknowledged that I was standing there it took a long time to get my customers order I think they forget that we're customers too.
