I placed my order through the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes with the line barely moving. While still in line, I called the store and was told, “we’re short-staffed—we only have four people working.” I understand staffing challenges, but in that case it would be better to close the drive-thru and focus on in-store orders to avoid long delays. When I finally reached the window, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait, which was disappointing.
