This is a seemingly good Starbucks, but there have been several times that I’ve ordered on the app, only to have to sit in the drive through line to pick up my food, because the door is locked. This should be listed on the app when it happens. I probably won’t be returning any time soon. I do encourage to indicate on the app that they are doing only drive through service, and to use signs on the door when this happens.
Employees are always so welcoming when I come in .
