Placed a mobile order and took 30 mins waiting in the lobby for it to be ready mind you they forgot about my second drink and took more time for it to be made didn’t apologize or anything
This Starbucks is very clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s fully staffed, but the team seemed more focused on talking with each other than serving customers. I waited 10 minutes for a single food item, so overall the service felt subpar. I’ll come back because the space itself is great, but I’d like to see the staff more attentive to customers instead of their personal lives.
